Frequently Asked Questions

Follow these simple steps to place your order:

• Select the product and add it to your cart.
• After adding the products you wish to buy, click on the cart icon on the top right side.
• Click on "Checkout" button.
• Enter your shipping details, Select the Delivery Option and click Continue.
• At Payment section, Click on Razorpay and you can pay via Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Netbanking, Wallets, etc. Then click on "Continue".
• Follow the process and place your order.

Once the order is confirmed, you will receive the Tracking details on your Email-Id.

You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your delivery on the courier website.

All the Orders are shipped using DTDC Courier Service.

Few of the regions which doesn't have the DTDC Service Facility, it will be shipped through other Courier Services available.

Cash on Delivery is not available.

We accept online payments through Razorpay which supports Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Netbanking, and Digital Wallets.
