Handmade World uses DTDC courier company to ship your products. Few of the places where DTDC doesn't service, we ship it through other leading courier companies.
Generally, the time taken to deliver any product anywhere in India is estimated as 48 hours to 72 hours (it may differ during difficult times).

Return & Exchange Policy
IMPORTANT: Return and Exchange Policy applies ONLY when you show us an Opening Video of the Parcel received.
* Opening Video is a MUST *
How to Record Opening Video:
- Start recording BEFORE opening the parcel
- Show the outer packaging clearly with shipping label visible
- Open the parcel carefully while keeping the camera focused
- Show all products received inside the parcel
- If products are damaged, clearly show the damage on camera
- Keep the video continuous (do not edit or pause)
- Video should be clear and well-lit
Return/Exchange Process:
Create a video of opening the parcel from start to end, showing us all the products. If the products are damaged, then we will issue a Return or Exchange.
If you haven't recorded the Video of opening the Parcel, we won't be able to help with the Return.
What We Accept for Return/Exchange:
- Damaged products with video proof
- Wrong items delivered (with video proof)
- Defective products (with video proof)
- Missing items from your order (with video proof)
What We Don't Accept:
- Returns without opening video
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
