Terms and Conditions
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Important: To verify damages or defects, we need proof in the form of a live video recorded by the end-user. The video needs to be shared with us within 24 hours from the time of delivery along with an exchange request through email at handmadeworldcraftsupplies@gmail.com
Video Requirements:
- Record a continuous, unedited video while opening the package
- Show the outer packaging and shipping label clearly
- Display the contents and any damage/defects
- Keep the video under 5 minutes
- Submit within 24 hours of delivery
Product Quality:
We ensure all products are thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a replacement or refund as per our policy.
Order Acceptance:
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Refunds & Cancellation
Order Cancellation:
Under unavoidable circumstances, if the order cannot be delivered, the order will get cancelled, and the money will be refunded.
Refund Timeline:
It could take 5-7 working days for the amount to get credited to your bank account after the refund is initiated.
Refund Process:
- Order is cancelled or return is approved
- Refund is initiated within 2-3 business days
- Amount is credited to your original payment method
